CONSUMER CREDIT FILE RIGHTS UNDER STATE AND FEDERAL LAW
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureaus directly. There is no charge for this service — you can do it yourself at no cost.
Credit bureaus must investigate your dispute and correct or delete inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information within 30 days of receiving your dispute. You may also request a free copy of your credit report directly from each of the three major credit bureaus once every 12 months at AnnualCreditReport.com.
You have a right to cancel your contract with Lifeify for any reason within three (3) business days from the date you sign it, without any penalty or obligation. If you cancel within that period, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
Lifeify does not guarantee any specific credit score improvement or outcome. We comply fully with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and all state credit service organization laws.
IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICES
- You have the right to sue a credit repair organization that violates CROA.
- You may recover your actual damages, punitive damages, and attorney’s fees.
- Credit repair companies are prohibited from asking or advising you to misrepresent your credit or identity.
- All statements about credit repair services must be truthful and transparent.
- Credit repair services cannot begin until a written agreement is signed and your 3-day cancellation period has expired.

Please include your full name, date of contract, and a statement that you wish to cancel. All cancellations received within three business days of signing will be processed immediately with no charge.
